All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in China.
Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States.
Delivery Times
- Standard items: 14–20 business days from the date of shipment.
- Custom-made items: These products are made to order. Please allow 10–30 business days for production, plus an additional 14–20 business days for shipping once the item is ready.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, postal carrier delays, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may occasionally be subject to import duties or taxes determined by your local customs office. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
